How to Use Sullair STS Event History During Troubleshooting

Use STS event history to preserve the sequence and timing of warnings and faults before parts are replaced or settings are changed.

Why event history matters

A single alarm rarely tells the full story. Event history can reveal what happened first, whether warnings preceded the trip, and whether power or communication events occurred around the same time.

What to capture

Record the date, time, machine hours, exact event heading, operating mode and relevant pressure/temperature readings. Photographing the screen can be useful when site rules permit.

Before a reset

Capture the evidence first. Then follow the machine-specific troubleshooting procedure rather than clearing multiple events and guessing from the last one you remember.
